Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility (USA & International Orders)
You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition. Returns that do not meet this requirement will not qualify for a refund.

Additional Policy for Klarna Orders
For orders placed using Klarna, you are entitled to return your item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

This policy applies to both domestic (USA) and international orders.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If your return does not meet our conditions, the refund will be declined. If you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Firefinex does not cover or reimburse the cost of shipping items back for return.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you must wait for it to arrive and proceed with a standard return request under the guidelines above.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
